Unless otherwise contractually agreed, the Zalando standard payment terms is 60 days net after receipt of the proper, auditable and correct invoice by the correspondent Zalando accounts payable department. The Supplier is only entitled to issue the invoice after the delivery or other fulfilment of its service. In the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery or other fulfilment of its service shall be considered, unless the Parties have agreed otherwise.
